I met Nicola Connolly Byrne of I Am Positive Mindset long before I went to any of her workshops. She came in as a guest to the LMFM Studios and I loved her positive attitude. No matter what subject she came in to talk about, she was always upbeat and unstoppable. What you see is what you get with Nicola.
In 2019, I knew my contract with LMFM as social media manager was up in September and I would have to make a tough decision to stay or leave the station on a full-time basis. I met Nicola again before the summer and I knew it was time to take the plunge- I spoke to her about her One-to-One Adult sessions and it started from there. I booked my first one.
“I give my clients the tools to empower themselves to live and work consciously which enables them to become the best possible version of themselves. This leads to improved health, communication, relationships, productivity in the workplace and home life. I help switch their mindset so they will always strive for a better quality of life knowing that it’s absolutely within their power to achieve it. I show people how to create a solid foundation & vision for their future that they build on every day by using ‘the tool box’. Authenticity is my super power.” ~ Nicola Connolly-Byrne.
We all have unique core values- this is something that I learned from a one-to-one session. I learned to have more confidence and conviction in my decisions and also wrote down my own core values which taught me a lot about myself. Then when it came to the end of my contract I couldn’t of been happier with my decision as it was my new chapter.
Shortly afterwards, Nicola held her first Unconditionally You workshop in Dublin and invited me along to see what it was all about. I loved it! From the positive attitudes from everyone to the nuggets of knowledge to be Unconditionally You. We left feeling part of the I Am Positive Mindset tribe. But don’t take my word for it, have a look and listen to some of the wonderful attendees and maybe you’ll learn something knew.
Lauren Skelton encourages us “to never stay in your comfort zone, to always step outside” and Paula Ralph said that “not everyone is going to be on board with what you do but that’s ok.” Author Liz Valloor shared that if she ever detoured it was because she didn’t listen to herself.
I’m sure that many of us can relate to the statements above and hopefully it can get your February off to a great start especially if January was just a trial run for you! 😉
